Thanks for reminding me KayBeeToys "A fool and his money are soon parted." I must be the fool because I see a major portion of my paycheck parted. Then I see the fools in Washington claim they don't have enough of my money while they spend like drunken fools.

Dirp, let me clue you in. The tax rate on capital gains (for all of us) is low so we can sell our appreciated investments to buy that house, boat, send the kids to college or retire.

I opened the LA Times job section. I can't believe nobody is apply for the 39K jobs in California 35K jobs in Texas 25K jobs in Florida 23K jobs in Illinios I constantly read on NBC news that North Dakota is constantly advertising for people to take their jobs. Maybe moving to jobs may help.

This is a major failure of one government entity failing to notify another. The lottery commission should inform all entitlement agencies so these kind of things don't happen. She should have to pay back the cost of the food stamps since she had her winnings.
